Liquid lignosulfonates

1. Technical lignosulfonates - the final product of processing sulfite liquor in the pulp and paper industry, which is one of the byproducts of the sulfite boiling process for wood pulp.

2. Applications technical lignosulfonates:

• In foundry industry as a binder in the manufacture of core and molding compounds in iron, steel and nonferrous casting and in the composition of non-stick paint, in the production of non-ferrous metals as flotation reagent and binder for briquetting fine raw materials;
• In oil industry in drilling oil and gas wells, as a reagent for regulating the basic parameters of drilling muds, as a component of gelling systems for regulating filtration flows and limiting water inflow in the processes increasing oil recovery;
• In production of refractory materials as a temporary binder;
• In construction industry as a diluent cement raw slurry in production of cement wet method to reduce sludge moisture as a plasticizer of concrete and cement, as the plastifying and adhesive material in the production of gypsum board, chipboard, fiberboard and plywood as a corrective additive in the manufacture of expanded clay gravel, as a binder increased water resistance for dust removal and strengthening of soil in road construction and transport in the mine workings;
• In chemical industry in manufacture of pesticides and seed disinfectants, in production of plant protection chemicals as a dispersant and suspension stabilizer;
• In granulation of carbon and porous fillers from powder, granular materials, charges;
• In agglomeration of ferrous metal ores and briquetting fine coal fractions and special coke, manufacture of silicoaluminum briquettes;
• In production of synthetic tanning agents in the feedstock and the dispersant;
• As a sizing agent cellulose containing bases in textile industry.
